Started in 2014 by offering a pioneering digital repair journey to car owners and providing body repair shops with new ways to grow their business. The role of Sales Director UK

As Sales Director, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the business development effort and drive Fixico’s business expansion in the UK region – while directly writing new chapters of this growth story. In fact, you’ll be on the frontlines, responsible for attracting, negotiating and implementing commercial partnerships – overseeing the whole process, from initiating first conversations to closing deals and successfully launching live solutions.
You will also develop the French commercial team. Whilst doing this, you will work from France, but visit our HQ in Amsterdam on a regular basis (e.g. bi-monthly or quarterly).

In summary: you have the ambition to bring our company to the next level on its way to become the number 1 digital marketplace/platform for car repair in Europe.

Your strengths consist of…

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished commercial executive with strong credibility and network in the UK market, deep industry knowledge, and solid track-record in sales.

    1. Strong network in the relevant areas:
      1. Fleet management solutions, vehicle leasing and/or rental services.
      2. Car damage repair, claim management and/or damage expertise services.
      3. Motor insurance spaces.
    2. Proven experience in sales roles targeting enterprise/B2B markets, able to effectively communicate at all levels of the target organization (from C-suite to operational level).
    3. Native English.
    4. Independent self-starter and Entrepreneurial mindset.
    5. Willingness to travel in UK (to meet prospects/clients, attend industry events, etc.) and to Amsterdam (e.g. on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis)
    6. Affinity with selling platform/marketplace solutions, fleet management solutions, or SaaS solutions.
    7. >10 years relevant working experience.
